Welcome to My OT
Founded by Occupational Therapist Lauren Besser, BSc (Hons), in 2018, My OT was set up with the aim of providing communities with a reliable network of specialist therapists passionate about helping people reach their full potential. We are a team of highly experienced allied health professionals dedicated to supporting people of all ages who might be struggling with day-to-day activities or occupations, whether it be due to an illness, a life changing event, or simply needing a little help.

No problem is too big or too small. We are here for you - whatever you need, we are confident that My OT will help you achieve your goals and leave you with a renewed sense of confidence and independence!

Offering bespoke interventions and adaptations for each of our clients, My OT provides expert services for adults. We support a wide range of concerns and can work with you at home, at work, or at whichever location suits you best.
