My OT is a team of highly experienced healthcare professionals committed to helping both adults and children participate independently in everyday activities.

Our specialist team consists of Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Speech and Language Therapists, and Therapy Assistants, all of whom are dedicated to creating a warm and community based feel.

With a uniquely client-centred and holistic approach, we support a wide range of needs – from fine and gross motor skills to support with Sensory Integration, as well as specialist home adaptations. For clients who require a higher level of support, My OT can also provide complex seating assessments and will work with families to help them maintain a safe and functional environment for their loved ones.
